Michael Tagliavia

MICHAEL TAGLIAVIA has been involved in the construction and architectural fields since 2003 and has managed a wide variety of large-scale residential projects ranging from new construction to comprehensive renovations. Additionally, Michael’s experience as an associate architect has engendered in him a true appreciation for the design aspects of a project, allowing for a level of collaboration with architectural and interior design teams that is unique to the construction industry.
Michael received his Bachelor of Architecture from Philadelphia University and is currently an associate member of the American Institute of Architects. Born into an immigrant Italian family, Michael carries on a multi-generational belief in the importance of hospitality and community-building. He is a current member of the Southampton Town Architectural Review Board, the Project Coordinator and Initiative Fundraiser for Wells Mountain Haiti Project, as well as Project Manager for six container YMCA community Centers since 2012. Michael lives in East Quogue, New York with his wife and son.

Kevin Warren

KEVIN WARREN is a distinguished local leader and growing force in the construction industry. Underpinning all of his successes – notable among them a rapid ascent to the role of Partner at one of the East End’s most prestigious building firms – is a commitment to quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. Kevin is also a dedicated member of his community, investing decades of experience in fine-home construction and project management towards local and community-based projects. Recent credits include the construction of the Montauk food pantry, a new dance floor for Dance Hampton, and managing the construction and completion of the Gansett Meadows housing development in Amagansett.
Kevin has dedicated himself to his hometown of East Hampton and it’s surrounding communities, leading to a number of prominent local leadership roles. Kevin is a member of the Amagansett Board of Education, Chair of the East Hampton Housing Authority, sits on the Amagansett School Building and Grounds Committee and is Treasurer of the Gansett Meadow Affordable Multi-Family Rental Housing Development. Kevin lives in Amagansett, New York with his two children and wife.
